Lower left Juan Williams, then Donna Brazile
I forget the other two, but NOT hard core Trump supporters for sure.

Surprisingly this year, Karl Rove seems to have reversed himself and is now favorable to Trump though his old boss, GWB, remains an anti-Trumper.
