often there are multiple charges including kidnapping, threat with a deadly weapon and others. Car Jacking in some states is just stealing a car (grand theft auto). But in other states its a more serious crime because there is a person involved and a threat.

Nope, it wasn't. It was the parents who are supposed to raise them fault, not the police. And what parent let a 13 year old out at 1 am? At 1 am, my kids are sleeping...

They died after car jacking someone. I was off by a few years with the ages. (two 15, one 13) It’s good that they didn’t take anyone else out with them.
