We’re very much patriots in our home. All those dinner conversations about world events and teachers’ socialist lessons have paid off.
Our son recently informed us that he decided to buy a firearm and I was over the moon. I’ve wanted to buy one for a long time but was worried our future daughter-in-law wouldn’t allow the future grandchildren to come over if she knew we had a firearm in the house. As soon as I finish the accounting for my fiscal year-end, I’m studying the Canadian Firearms Safety Course material and will become licensed to own.
I’ll be an armed Patriot north of the border and will make sure I’m a good shot, should shooting it ever be required ... and I can get it out of the damn safe in time (pardon my profanity).
I’m also 2 minutes from the American border and would happily join the cause on your side if it comes to that.
It is widely known that our dodgers flee to Canada when called upon to fulfill their duty.
What’s not widely known is that we get a goodly number of solid men and women from Canada into our military.
As a Marine infantryman, I served with the occasional US Marine of Canadian origin.
Semper Fi, ma’am.
Glad to have you as a neighbor.
Canada for Canadians!
Working on my wife to get a CCW. Congrats
