Yeah, mountain lions aren't interested in pizza, they're interested in your Pekingese.
Better for it to eat the delivery pizza, much more so than the pizza delivery guy.
Bear bit my pizza...
Oops, left one out. It was a cheese pizza.
‘This ‘contactless delivery’ is silly. I’ve worried about kids or dogs messing with the order, but bears, oh my!”
The delivery person rang the doorbell. Not the fault of contactless delivery.
I’ll take two - do you deliver to Texas?
It looked like there was already a piece missing when the bear opened the bic0
Box
I met a woman yesterday from Deer Park, Washington (30 miles NW of Spokane). She has two Bullmastiff puppies, six months old, for livestock protection. I asked her what she was protecting her livestock from and got the usual answers — cougar and bears. But then she said “wolves.” She said she had a pack of three on the road at their place a few days ago. I was surprised to hear that the wolves were that close to Spokane.
“by the time your charcoal grill cools down enough to be put back in the shed the bears were onto it.”
Cool, bear roast. Almost fat free from what I hear!
Still silly, and a pain, no 'fault' involved.
I’m sorry dude, I lived in Tx for 27 years, worst pizza in the USA.
That’s from moving the box around trying to open it. One slice got moved onto another.
I would suggest the bear knows to look for the delivery car and follow it around the neighborhood

If you answer your doorbell you would not have to worry.
“Agree...it is SO stupid. People in the restaurant handled the food. The delivery person handled it. What are you avoiding? Maybe a 30 second contact with a person some distance away on your doorstep and both of you are probably wearing masks.”
The oven kills the virus. Box is sealed. Payment via app.
No one around here wears masks at home.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
I find this kind of amusing, especially because of what I do.
I do work for Doordash. There’s a LOT of times where we’re supposed to leave whatever it is we’re delivering on the front porch or by the front door without ever seeing the client. We’re supposed to either call, or text, or send a picture of their stuff on the front porch to let them know we’ve delivered their stuff, depending on what the client wants.
We don’t have TOO much of a bear problem where I live (at least, we don’t hear much about them). What I’m more concerned about are coyotes (yeah, we got ‘em), stray dogs, and human thievery.
That's true. We have to wear masks in the store and at the door. Customers are almost never wearing masks.
The woman in the vid put a mask on to be interviewed by the tv station reporter. She probably puts one on to answer the door.
Here in North Idaho, you don’t see many masks anywhere at all. We went to the “Green Bluff” agricultural district north of Spokane yesterday. Lots of fall festivals going on and, in WA, everybody was masked up.
