Sounds like a PLAN to me!
An officer, especially a senior officer, let alone a JAG layer, needs to be subject to the full force and penalty of the UCMJ.
Adultery.
Adultery with the wife of a fellow serviceman.
Adultery with the wife of one not only junior to him, but of an enlisted man.
Talk about “bring discredit upon their unit or what is prejudicial to its good order and discipline.”
Does he hang before or after his castration?
