All that is needed is one false negative and a sense of invulnerability because the false negative to spread the virus to many. Look at the photos and videos of the event: The was very little social distancing and very few attendees wore masks. What makes you think it was a false negative? He could just as well not had it the first time and had it the second time — a true negative. You either have it or you don’t. Same for his girl friend.
