Does Twitter keep a list of tweets that were deleted, with the tweeter and reason for deletion?

Curious minds want to know who the real haters are.

I think they should leave the posts. It will demonstrate which side deals in hate! The way they are doing it, the liberals get to blow off steam for free with no consequences. I think it might be better if these platforms “glued” these types of posts so that they can’t be deleted, or denied.
