Im now smoking a brisket in my Traeger grill, its the second try for me. The first was delicious, and I found the perfect wine to pair with it (at least for my palette): a red blend called Texas Trio from Lost Oak winery . Whats funny about it is there are 4 reds blended in the wine. Lol
