One of the best steaks I ever ate was a bison steak at Bryce Canyon NP. I’ve never had Kobe beef, but this game close.

I’m now smoking a brisket in my Traeger grill, it’s the second try for me. The first was delicious, and I found the perfect wine to pair with it (at least for my palette): a red blend called Texas Trio from Lost Oak winery . What’s funny about it is there are 4 reds blended in the wine. Lol
