The Senate will not be able to take a vote on Amy Barrett if two Republican senators are out with Covid. I feel very suspicious about the timing of this.I do agree with Schumer that there is no reason for hearings. They should’ve voted last Monday.
They have plenty of time for the vote on the 24th both those senators will be fine by then!!
Amy had the virus during the summer. She would be safe to be interviewed by those who have the virus. Vote can still be taken in two weeks. Bummer is just getting the cart before horse. Plenty of time.
