The clerks will be using the electronic list not the old paper books. . If iirc it has been cross checked with other counties at the state level so no one is registered (and can vote) twice. Also can check address and age with vehicle registration. To get the new STAR license one must have birth certificate and certain legal documents to qualify. It took awhile to gather but is worth it knowing that cheaters are eliminated.
