I heard that neither the Dims or R's were told of the change. I'm not sure if that is true, but if so, has Joe sent out a strongly worded statement that he too is upset with the change?

Joe said it’s fine with him, he will do whatever the commission recommends. Then he said the President changes his mind every minute about what he’ll do, so if the President doesn’t debate he doesn’t know what he will do.
