In addition to golf, Trump said once that he gets exercise from moving his arms around. It seems that orchestra conductors have a very long lifespan because they are constantly exercising the muscles that are up near their hearts. Maybe there is something to Trump’s waving his arms around.

The only other mention I recall of that is his being falsely attacked, to this day, for mocking the handicapped because of arm motions he made at a rally while mentioning a journalist who had attacked him.
