Sorry, faulty conclusion.

Primarily, the words “separation of church and state” are not stated in the Bill of Rights.

Secondly, the absence of law does not prohibit related expression.

I am confused- are you saying the words "separation of church and state" ARE in the Constitution?

here is the first amendment in its entirely:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The word separation is no where in there.

I grant you that is what it implies.

Wait.. what were we talking about again?
