Agreed, he is a dolt, but the 2nd amendment says shall not be infringed. Not shall be infringed by only licensed dealers selling firearms with serial numbers.
Oh, well, then all he has to do is go into court and read out the Second Amendment, and everything will be fine. Probably the prosecutor will apologize to him.
I know perfectly well what the Second Amendment says, and it would be nice if reality conformed to it.
