It was not a port. I have a port for cancer treatment. Ports are implanted not on top of skin.
It appears an IV insertion site maybe connected to a mini drip pump. See bagster’s post 375.
Right, I should have said IV access, now that I look at it closer it seems to be going backwards, inserted towards the hand not instead of the upper arm. Can't figure that out.
