You don't have enough information to make that call. What you do have is a tweet calling Biden the 'former democrat nominee', which they almost immediately deleted.

My basic opsec says maybe it wasn't an editing error and that it may have been a 'slip'.

Furthermore, my humungous brain tells me that knowledge of OPERATION REPLACE BIDEN (if it exists) may be more widely known by media derps than we would normally think. After all, they are the ones tasked with setting the stage, or plowing the field, if you will. They must write the stories and tweets that set up the operation.

Also that 'twitter guy' may have other duties than twatting.

I don’t think he can be replaced now. I think their goal now is to hit the ball and drag Joe, hit the ball and drag Joe, all the way across the finish line if necessary and then collapse the system and take over.

Yeah, the dopes at CNN who are in on the big plan to replace Joe told the dope who types up the tweets to tell the world that Joe was being replaced. Then, upon reflection, they realized that it was too early to tell everyone, so they deleted it.

Or did someone who is used to writing "former vice president" decide to describe him as the nominee instead and make a mistake? Hmmmm. That's a tough one. But you go ahead and stake it all on Joe getting replaced, and we'll see in a few weeks.
