After discussions with husband, I doubt Biden’s acuity to be able to be present at the debate and follow electronic instructions. You have to be very adept to work that kind of thing and with his advanced age, goofy demeanor, and what appears to be loss of cognitive ability, I doubt he could. I have friends 10-15 years younger than him who aren’t even computer confident and competent. Biden isn’t a cutting edge guy. Look at his references on the campaign trail. He is a dinosaur. On the other hand, who knows what kind of practice and programming they have done with all of his short campaign days.
We think drugs has to be the answer to dark eyes and his ability to hang in so long. Cocaine and meth-amphetamines will dilate pupils. I found a reference to research on meth-amphetamines for treatment of Alzheimers. Maybe I am wrong.

Biden lacks the mental acuity to form complete sentences or create a rational argument without getting sidetracked, or getting “mentally lost” as the body language expert on the CFP story this morning calls it. We’ve seen the taboo pics showin the 60 inch monitor teleprompter screen ten feet in front of him, yet he rambles and can’t stay on script.
They juiced him up enough to make him coherent (as much as he ever is) but Biden could not handle any of the super multitasking being speculated about.
Re, your comment about the drugs dilating pupils is valid. However the bright lights would have been painful. Perhaps dark contact lenses to shield the light and large pupils would be why his blue eyes appear so dark. Then again the eyes are a window to the soul, his is quite dark.
