Tom Ridge was gov of PA from 1994 and reelected again in 1998, before he was head of homeland security. Tom was in charge of the state children and youth program which was a sham at the time. These are the folks who passed on Jerry Sandusky and the second mile charity JS ran. I spoke at an event in Harrisburg during this time and the head of the state agency was appalled at what I said.
