Same as our federal Employees. They don’t get tested either.
Hourly employees get tested. But not salary. Ridiculous and naive that they have this view that even grades 13 and 14 are not ‘partying’.

You might find that lower level employees are not given the chance to get at anything above secret information, or as little as sensitive. And are not given the chance at multiple parts of a sensitive file either. Top secret and above is not within their level and they won’t see that.

The Executive Branch, through E.O. 12333 as amended, has chosen to control dissemination of information to only those with the need-to-know. So while they will be allowed, within a closed meeting, to discuss certain parts of top secret and above information, they will only be allowed to stay within the topic they are working with and information applied to it. Can a congressman walk into the FBI or CIA an say I need the file on such and such? No, This is why there is an intelligence committee and FISA to interpret the classified need.

The EO is a lot more than just yes you can or no you can’t. It establishes guidelines:
