It does look like a hearing aid. Surely people know they can be programed to talk to you.
Come on folks. Tech has definitely advanced enough to do this.
If it’s blue tooth enabled, and I betcha it is, they can feed answers to him easily.

My lovely wife has hearing aids...
She can get calls from her iPhone in the next room sent to the hearing aid and have conversations that I cannot hear...
And, these are just a basic model...imagine what the DS can provide Sleepy Joe...
Some hearing aids have wireless functionality and connectivity.
One has been able. No .gov crap needed.
