I took this post as an indication that the billion would be spent, essentially in advertising, to “normalize” pedophilia - to “groom” the public, so to speak.
Since GM’s trial date isn’t until July 2021, they have almost a year to convince the jury pool that a crime hasn’t “really” been committed.
Or, use the Billion to pay off everyone involved...
