Mommies should be taking care of their own babies generally speaking as it is much better for mommies and babies. Sometimes mothers do have careers and have to have baby sitters etc and that can still work okay for everyone. But I’ve seen the studies showing that little children in daycare do suffer in many ways and the mother/child bond is usually harmed. But this doesn’t mean that all children whose mothers work are damaged, it seems clear that Amy Barrett’s children and family relationships are happy and loving.
This is not derp speak at all, in fact derps want children to be raised by the state. I remember when Clinton was elected, his proposed head of Dept of Educ wrote an op ed which I read, which proposed mandatory public school, 12 hours a day, for every child from aged 6 months through 18 years. That is derp speak.
I agree it is optimal for mothers to care for their babies but many dads do a great job caring for the children as well. I have known many families that required 2 incomes to survive where parents successfully worked shifts that allowed one parent or the other to care for the children. The left has attempted to destroy the family by ensuring that there are single parent homes so that children have to be in daycare.
