At the end of Flynn hearing, he keeps letting Gleason speak, then Sullivan says, “now I need to talk to my lawyer.” ... he will take things under advisement and await any further filings for another week.

His last comments “the file is voluminous “ I’ll take it under advisement “ telegraphs no decision will be any time soon. Lol.
Powell evidently telegraphs she wants the transcript quickly indicates to me another appeal quickly.

The DOJ counsel hit it, he said the decision to prosecute and dismiss are EXCLUSIVELY with the DOJ. Anybody unclear about that?
