I’ve yet to see any proposed metrics, methods, criteria, etc, on how reparations would be distributed. But nevertheless, I read a comment somewhere awhile back that stated we should do reparations as those granted payments would turn around and spend it. All this money pumped into the economy would be very stimulative, create growth, etc. So, I say let’s do it. Get it done and over with.
