I just don’t know. As best as I got from watching her videos is that she has a good judicial philosophy but the video is a year old. She could just be going through the motions to get the job. I’m not the one who gets to talk to her and judge her. Her decision to allow shutdowns doesn’t strike me as originalist since you’d have to convince me that the authors of the constitution intended on a federal government ever having that kind of power and since they fought a war to avoid dictates of centralize power I strong doubt that. Why not decent even for the purpose of proving SCOTUS guidance.

I believe that decision was a STATE issue. I don’t think there ever was a a Trump national lockdown at all. Heck , decisions to reopen are a state by state issue as well.
