An ABCNEWS video clearly shows Joe Biden 'squinting' during the whole time that he talks (during the Evening News tonight) - implying he has to 'squint' to read the teleprompter. He is constantly 'squinting' during this segment.
It is clearly obvious he has to read a teleprompter for any sort of talking/interview.
Our 'Corrupt Media' clearly must know this or is too STUPID to point this out.

I think they are trying different drug cocktails etc. to see if Joe can pull off just one debate. They know if he is a no show it could break the ice jam of Joe’s polls numbers. No matter what they just don’t slide because the image people have of him are from the ads where he comes off great. Despite that people have doubts about Joe’s mental state A no show is asking for trouble and they know it. Pelosi’s BS won’t fly she has no credibility with most of the country.
I don’t think there is anything that he could say that could hurt him....he has said enough and done enough to end 10 candidacies....in a non bizzaro world...

The more I think about it the better the idea is. In this case it goes Way Beyond thinking of Obama as an empty chair. The chair shows that Biden is AWOL. And if he can’t do a debate she houldn’t be trying to take on all the duties of the president.
