Its not that I don’t believe the doctors, however, sometimes asking for more help for a loved one is not a bad thing and I had never heard once a catheter it in, one still feeling incredible pain and discomfort which is why I bothered to post TO GET SOME INPUT. Not in any way to bash a doctor or nurse! So please give me an ever loving break!! I am at my wits end dealing with a crying 81 year old mom and a dad half out of his mind in pain crying to me on the phone
Ask the nurses to explain it to you They are good translators
I’m not bashing you. I’m merely pointing out this board is not the best place to get medical advice. Talk to the nurses on the phone explain that you’d dad is in pain. He may not be giving them an accurate picture of his discomfort
