We live just south of Louisville, our hometown. I don’t recognize my city anymore and it hurts on a lvl I can’t describe.

I know exactly what you mean. I was born and raised in Portland. It was horrible to see things like the elk statue destroyed for no reason at all. I doubt I’ll ever go there again, now that all of my family has moved away or died.
