I have not seen anything about how long of a wait was there from the first announcement and knock on the door to when they busted the door down. That was when the cop got shot, when they broke down the door.

Yes Brianna was a drug dealer with her ex-boyfriend they had been watching her for quite some time the ex-boyfriend picked up a package at the house, the ex-boyfriend STILL had the address as his address also!! Brianna may have been trying to straighten her life out I don’t know but she was NO SAINT!!!

I have not heard that detail either and it's obviously very important. This is the problem with the "we announced" before entering. There are just too many ways this can be botched or even deliberately fudged to be the equal to a no knock warrant. Even if done in a manner with the intent to let occupants know the police are coming in there are just too many ways the home owner could legitimately not hear the announcement and end up shooting at police because they think they are under a home invasion attack. The owner could be in the shower, they could be listening to music with headphones. They could be in the shower listening to music with headphones. They may have just gotten off a 14 hour shift at work and be rock sound asleep. They could be making boom boom with the wife which tends to mute a mans hearing. It's just too big of a risk to take when you start knocking down the door of a home at 2am in the morning. The police claim they are defending themselves but it's the unreasonable searches that are putting them in the position where they have to defend themselves. This is a situation that is easily avoidable and we need to put an end to it.

Like I said earlier. Senator Rand Paul has put forth a bill that will ban no knock warrants. I support this bill fully and it's way past time these unconstitutional searches are made doubly illegal by express legislation. That being said I know how these things work and it won't be long before it will be clear this law will need to be reinforced to prevent forcible entry just fractions of a second after a minimal announcement. Breaking down the doors of private homes should never occur in a free society.

This is all speculation at this point so be very careful. I have seen this type of thing before. I read the "Tatum report" and I would put very little if any faith in any of it at this point. There could be something to it or it could be complete bunk and so far not much is consistent with Breonna being a drug dealer. It looks more like she was a clean girl who started dating this guy and he was using her for cover. Taylor had no criminal record of any kind. No drugs were found in the apartment and you have to know they search every square inch looking for even traces of any kind of illegal substance yet nothing was found. No large amounts of cash, no drug paraphernalia, no illegal weapons. Nothing.

If Breonna Taylor was a drug dealer she was really really slick and had no criminal record. That is just highly unlikely.
