Targeting restaurants is not random. According to OpenSecrets.org;

"The food and beverage industry includes restaurants, bars, caterers, soft drink and juice companies, and candy manufacturers. Individuals and political action committees associated with the industry contributed nearly $16.9 million during the 2014 campaign cycle, with 68 percent going to Republicans.

:The industry has been a steady supporter of the GOP for the last two decades, regularly giving 70 percent or more of its contributions to Republicans. Democrats have never received more than 40 percent of the interest group's contributions."

This particular target appears to be minority-owned.

Not that the rioters give a damn.

What percent of NEA contributions go to Republicans?

The first time I ever heard about BLM was when they invaded a restaurant in Oakland years ago. This is a long time tactic of theirs. Not sure it’s really related to FB industry campaign donations.
