I was confused about that as well but I think he is saying that of all the illegal activity which has been going on, political spying is but 1%.
That’s how it reads to me as well. Political spying (Obamagate) is only 1/100 of what we’re dealing with here. As more crimes are known, and the nature of them, it will become FAR worse. Buckle up!
