He was asking the crowd were they offended by the word cops. He went on to explain how his father said to call them police, as it was a show of respect.

“We need to seize that opportunity… this is something that I’m going to stay very focused on in the months to come,” Obama said, as he touted a new interim report from his Task Force on 21st Century Policing.
Obama also instructed his media allies to help federalize policing, and to sideline the critics of centralized policing rules. “I expect our friends in the media to really focus on what’s in this report and pay attention to it,” he instructed.
It appears that he will attempt to achieve this national enforcement plan through attaching more conditions to federally funded local and state law enforcement projects.
“We can expand the [federally-funded] COPS program… to see if we can get more incentives for local communities to apply some of the best practices and lessons that are embodied in this report,” he said.
It appears his statements back in 2008 were not as innocent as suggested since now it appears he is going to implement his national security and law enforcement plan. This can be stopped and his plan tells us how to stop him. All we need to do is stop jumping in bed with the government on all these federally funded programs that are bankrupting American’s and placing us in slavery to our master the federal government..
