He’s activating a fully implanted, invisible receiver that uses BONE CONDUCTION to get messages.

I remember this technology from years ago.

The following is from wikipedia

Bone Fone

The Bone Fone was a wearable radio that draped around the user's neck like a scarf. Bill Hass invented the device,[1] and JS&A marketed it in 1979.[2][3] According to the marketing materials, the Bone Fone resonated sound through the wearer's bones.[4]

The device represents an evolutionary step from hand-held electronics (transistor radios) to wearable technology (Walkman, iPod, smart phone). The Bone Fone did not achieve the longevity of transistor radios, originating in 1947, and surviving to the present. The Sony Walkman line achieved greater popularity; iPods and smartphones achieved greater impact. But, the Bone Fone helped make the transition to products users could wear, freeing the hands for other activities, such as exercise or gardening.[5][6][7] In late 2019, Sony introduced a similar product, though a lot less rugged, the SRS-WS1 Wearable Neck Speaker.[8]

Hack into it during the debate?

Make transmissions play through the room PA system.

Actually don't think Biden will be a show for the debate, either he will be replaced as candidate or come up with a mysterious illness.

I bought one of those Bone Fones! Why,I don’t know - I used to buy cassette tapes and a bread maker and all sorts of X10 crap from JS&A. Was a sucker for those long text ads I guess. It worked and was much more comfortable than headphones and much safer for wearing while outdoors because it didn’t ruin your situational awareness.

In Bidens case, they could just use an anal suppository version. Given where his brain is and all...

>BONE CONDUCTION

I’ve played with the small Parts Express one and it works quite well. The worst part is mounting them against your temples, (I really didn’t want to glue them to my head), but they would work mounted to a cap, or for stealth, wearing them hidden inside a wig. I’m sure the pros have much better stuff.

The little Bluetooth amp works nicely.
