Okay, I need to get started with my day. This kind of news is just making me mad.
The woman who recorded the video, Tiffany Kennedy, says that Kitts has asthma, and that is why she would not wear a mask. Kennedy also says that Kitts was never warned by the officer about not wearing a mask before being so abruptly arrested.
“There is no reason to tase someone and arrest them for not wearing a mask,” Kennedy said, according to the report.
Kennedy also noted that a female police officer who ran up to the scene was not wearing a mask and only put one on as she reached her fellow officer.

What is so sad to me, is how did so many standing around let this happen? Same with the other video you posted. (I posted that yesterday, only 2 responses) As far as I’m concerned, this is one of the biggest issues we face.
If there is no fear of police arrest, then there is no fear of the silly mandates. For some reason, many on our side just refuse to get this. I suggested that they lose their qualified immunity if they don’t honor their oath and follow the Constitution. This was met with me being called a lot of nasty names. If someone else has a better solution, bring it. I don’t care if the solution is mine, or not, but the police abusing the Constitution must be stopped.
I can’t see more than a few people wearing masks in the whole crowd there. That dude got arrested because he’s a Christian talk show host.
