I was a teenage Judas Priest fan in the 80s who had no idea Halford was gay. When he came out publicly much later, my reaction was, “This kinda makes sense.”

Same for George Michael. I had horrible gaydar as a teen in the 80s. I think most of us did. In retrospect, it was clearly obvious.

Yep, same here. I was kinda shocked at first and then remembered the outfits he wore. Crystal clear after that.
