A defamation lawsuit against Cardi B, in Suffolk County, a county that went Trump in 2016 and is only 7% black.
I predict the jury pool will not be to the liking of Cardi’s lawyers.
The only problem is that Cardi B is Hispanic, not Black. She’s got a Dominican name. Still sucks for her, since the Hispanics in Suffolk are overwhelmingly Central American, not Caribbean.
Smith Point is a beautiful county beach in Suffolk County. Lots of families. Our family uses it. One of the reasons people live on Long Island. I hope they sue and win.
