When I read the article, it seems contradictory.
It says shes the first woman to lie in State at the Capital, then states Rosa Parks also laid in State there, but then reads 33 men have been laid in State there, but no woman.
So either Rosa Parks was there or she wasn’t.
You have to look in the box. Until you look, she is in superposition, both there and not.
