I have an advantage over you. I fire about 150 rounds per day (used to be 200-300, but I cut back due to the shortage). I’m comfortable with my Glocks, just never careless with them.
I wish I had that amount of time (and ammo) to do that.
Another thing that worries me is the need for two-handed operation of a semi auto. In order to use it you have to pull it out and THEN slide the doohickey back to load and make it ready to go bangy.
Then it stays in that state until you release the trigger, pull out the magazine, then eject the one in the chamber.
That’s too much for me in a life or death situation. I want to point and shoot.
