I played around for a few minutes then the 4th word appeared, and it was down hill from there.

General rule: If you’re stumped on a CG, almost always the most frequent letter in the puzzle is the most frequent letter appearing in the English language.
Tricky one! Fiddled around for at least 10 mins until it started to come together.
