Synopsis: every state, county, burg, and village reported an increase of 33 new cases of COVID. They all reported this simultaneously on April 2, 2019 at 3:34 PM eastern time.
But how can that be, since the Covid didn't hit the fan till March 2020?
I'm pretty sure I"m missing something. Then again, I've got Hell's own (work-induced) headache going on right now, so I wouldn't be surprised if I'm missing a LOT of things.
