Confirmed 80-15? That’s token opposition in this era. The true Constitutionalists have opposing votes in the 40s. The many DemocRATS who voted to confirm her know some things about her that we don’t.
I think for someone with a long record, you would be correct. But she doesn’t have too much they can rip apart yet. Instead, all they would have to work off of is that she is a Latina and Trump named her. She wouldn’t be on Trump’s list if she wasn’t a textualist or originalist. His lists have been incredibly solid.
