Since the original title doesn’t have anything about 10.33 years left, nor do I see it in the article itself, could someone enlighten me?

A few months ago, AOC proclaimed to the world that we only have 11 years to survice global warming before is destroys the earth, UNLESS we do something about it now.
According to AOC we only have either 11 or 12 years left to live due to global climate warming change. I forget how long it was exactly but someone is keeping track, hence the 10.33 years left to live.
