An after action report of the rally at Bemidji.
President Trump arrived to a full, crowded venue and struck the high notes of his many accomplishments like the wall, the economy and it's return, and all the judges he has and he will appoint. He included the specific accomplishments that helped Minnesotans. He got the Iron Range mines working again and going in with the National Guard to Quell the riots in Minneapolis. He also mentioned getting the Big 10 playing football this fall. The president pooh poohed Biden's attempts to blame him for everything and says he is going to win Minnesota this time around..
The fun points were the cheers. President Trump arrived to the song "God bless the USA" by Lee Greenwood and a chant of "U.S.A." The crowd chanted "four more years" the most but that was followed closely with "We love Trump." The crowd booed for Shillary and a quick "lock her up" chant was attempted. Then there were the loud 'boos' when other democrats and the derp state were brought up, especially for Nazi Nancy and her hairdresser gate.
Q was brought up in the form of the President using the number 17, saying "17 times" and then repeating it with 17 times again. I hollered but no one else seemed to know what it was about.
The President spoke for almost two hours and at one point asked if he should use a teleprompter like Sleepy Joe? He has a way of connecting with the crowd and looks like he really enjoys himself. President Trump ended with his standard closing lines that ended with "Lets make America great again," to a tremendous cheer of approval. It gives a person goose bumps.
It was a once in a lifetime event I will never forget.
It was after 10 pm before I got home and found out Ruth Bader Ginsberg had passed away. The makings of Glorious day. (RIP Ruth.) A slide / side note - the president was informed of Ruth's passing on the Bemidji tarmac while Elton John's song "Tiny Dancers" was still blaring in the background.
Thanks for the report...it was a fun rally. You should have waved to us!
you are one lucky conjurer.
I watched the whole rally - DJT seemed so relaxed and was funny and engaging. This new approach will work well!
Tonight’s rally should be interesting - he will have to thread the needle between being ‘respectful’ and getting his points across about nominating a new SCOTUS judge.
Did he try to speak with a slight “Minnesohda Nice” accent?
