If Mike Lee isn’t a reliable senate vote, he probably isn’t a reliable Supreme Court vote either, at least not for conservatives.
He has struck me good on just about everything EXCEPT H1b visas & job outsourcing. There, he seems to be a us chamber of commerce stooge.
That will be less of a concern if Democraps win and pack the court like they plan to.
