I’ve seen a few walking around where I live. Just enough white, young, military age, kinda thuggish, blackish clad (though this has been generally during the day). Maybe on bikes sometimes. One came out of an alley behind my building where nobody EVER goes... it’s not really even an alley. Just walked off.
