I feel sorry for what he’s going through now, but he and is fellow self-inflating Democrat colleagues have never had respect for the Constitution and what America stands for.

The senate must pick the new justice ASAP- surrendering to the mob will definitely lead to war in the streets. Not a little war like this one but a really big one

“Isn’t that an admission that RBG legislated from the bench?”

Yeah, but they all do that.

Yes, and she was a swing vote for a lot of liberal decisions.

Well, Biden did finish #1 in his class in law school, didn’t he? Wasn’t he also editor of law review?

When she talks about here rulings ... she doesn't even reference the law ... she just talks what she personally thinks 'our democracy' should be like.

EVIL!

People can agree or disagree on her views ... but her JOB was to reference the Constitution no matter what her views were. EVIL!

It’s NEVER the role of a judge to change laws. To do so is a major abuse of power and unconstitutional.

What's the world coming to when I agree with Joe Biden on something?

That's EXACTLY what RBG did. Problem is, I don't agree that she should have done it. That's not the job of a Justice.

One of the key errors that Liberalism absorbed from the Marxists in their ranks was the idea that the Supreme Court could and ought to “change” the Law of the Land - which means change the Constitution. The very idea is contrary to the Constitution.

The Constitution clearly makes the people the authors of the Constitution, acting through their elected representatives, in the processes of writing and later amending the Constitution according to the expressed will of the people, not through the will of Supreme Court justices.

The justices, like all Federal officers take an oath which includes supporting and defending (not changing) the Constitution. To “change” it is NOT a way of supporting and defending it.

Does Biden see the error? No. He is a judicial Leftist, not a classical “Liberal”.

I saw and heard him say that, too. Dems seem to believe that SCOTUS rulings establish “law of the land”. Ted Kennedy used that term when questioning nominee John Roberts.
