WTF are they talking about?

What professional credential isn’t transferrable? Isn’t it just paying a fee to a state, just like their original state? I’m Series7/66 and Florida Life, Health and Annuity. All of that is recognized.

It depends. I had to take the Bar exam again when I moved to my current state. In the case of lawyers, though, that makes sense because laws can be very different from one state to another.
