Part of the problem is parents putting restraints on public officials when it comes to disciplinary issues.... Those discipline constraints need to be taught fro K-6 to be effective for 8-12....

Corporal punishment is only effective in the early grades...... this namby-pamby by approach doesn’t work with older kids.... this will take a generation of kids to repair, but needs to start now.....

In schools with low parental involvement, this will instill discipline and personal responsibility....

The formula is simple and proven...
