Huntsville is not really close to Atlanta. You can’t get there from here, and I’m not joking. Look at the “as the crow flies” distance, then the “miles driven / hours”.
I would find a nice small town in Idaho, if you want to go out of the country I would go to Spain the cost of living is VERY LOW and the healthcare system is great it is also beautiful there beautiful oceans everywhere!!
