The windfall act only applies if you did not pay FICA tax while employed. Seems fair that if you did t pay into the system you don’t get the benefits out....
I don’t understand either. FICA was paid. The other thing is when medicare kicks in it’ll take all the SS and bite in to my pension as far as I know.
